Our recipe this week is is another from The Ronneburg Recipe Album: German Style Cooking:
6 cups mashed potatoes
3 cups beef broth
1 10 ¾ – ounce can of cream of celery soup
Salt and white pepper
In saucepan combine mashed potatoes and soup. Stir until smooth. Over low heat, gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly. Cook until soup comes to a boil and allow to simmer over low heat for several minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Makes about 8 cups.
