This nacho chip dip was used at our New Year’s Eve party!
Nacho Chip Dip
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 15 oz. can of Hormel Beanless Chili
Shredded Cheese – about 1 cup or more – to your taste.
Soften cream cheese in a pie pan.
Mix the beanless chile into the cream cheese and spread to edges of pie pan.
Cover with cheese. (I use Co-Jack shredded cheese)
Bake in oven for 20 minutes (could be up to 30 minutes depending on your oven)
Done when edges are bubbling and center is melted.
Serve with nacho chips (any chips of your choosing).
Refrigerate any left overs. This dip reheats well.
