Ronneburg Cottage Cheese
“Why does your cottage cheese taste so different from what we buy?” That’s a question we have been asked many times. Well, here’s the answer.
1 16-ounce carton cottage cheese
1 green onion (including some of the tops), chopped
2 tablespoons buttermilk
¼ teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients. Serves 4.
