Here’s a fun Fall dessert for you to try!

Pumpkin Pie Dessert

BOTTOM LAYER:
1 pkg. Yellow cake mix (save 1 c.)
½ c.melted oleo
1 egg

Place on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (aluminum is best).

FILLING:
3 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
¾ c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

TOPPING:
1 c. cake mix
¼ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ c. melted oleo

Drop small amounts on top pumpkin mix. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Watch closely. Do not overbake, will burn.
