Make this to set out as an appetizer at your next holiday gathering –
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 ½ oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
¼ c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. Salt
2 c. finely-chopped pecans
Mix 1 up of the pecans into the mixture. Chill; shape into a ball and roll in the remaining 1 cup pecans.
