This week we’ve got a special recipe from innkeeper Bonnie’s grandmother, Lois Prine!

Lemon Love Notes

½ c. butter
1 c. flour
¼ c. powdered sugar

Pat into 9” square pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 c sugar
2 eggs
½ c. flour
½ tsp. baking powder
2 Tbs. lemon juice or grated rind

Pour over baked crust and bake another 25 minutes.
When cool – frost with lemon flavored powdered sugar frosting
