Cottage Cheese Filling for Two Yeast Crust Pies
1 ½ cups cottage cheese
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs, well beaten
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup raisins
2 9-inch yeast crust pie shells, unbaked
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine all ingredients. Fill two yeast crust pie shells. Bake as you would a Mürbeteig Kuchen or until custard is set and crust is lightly browned.
