Fruit Pizza
1 roll sugar cookie dough
8 ounces cream cheese
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Orange marmalade (or any fruit flavor)
Any combination of fruit
Slice and flatten dough on pizza pan and bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread on crust and add slices of fruit. Just before serving, drizzle with marmalade. (Marmalade can be thinned with water a little, if desired.)
