2 c. cubed chicken or tuna
3 c. brown rice (or long grain & wild rice), cooked
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. ripe olives
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. chopped cashews
Combine first five ingredients. Combine two dressings. Add cashews before serving.
