This week’s recipe makes another salad that would be good for a summer get together.
Raspberry Jello Salad
2 pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. applesauce
2 pkg. frozen raspberries
Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add applesauce and raspberries. Chill until firm. Mix 1 carton sour cream and ½ package miniature marshmallows until marshmallows are dissolved. Add 1 package Dream Whip or Cool Whip. Spread on Jello and chill.
This is a large recipe. One-half recipe makes a nice bowlful.
