Recipe: Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake

This recipe expands on a basic yellow cake mix to make it into something much more! 

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake

1 yellow cake mix
¾ c. corn oil
¾ c. water
1 (5 ½. oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Combine above. Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well each time. Beat 8 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and butter extract.

NUT MIXTURE:
½ c. chopped nuts
½ c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Grease bundt pan well. Fill ⅓ full with mix and sprinkle with ⅓ nut mixture, and swirl. Repeat 2 times. Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes. Cool 8 minutes and turn out onto a plate. Frost with glaze.

GLAZE:
1 c. powdered sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. milk
½ tsp. butter extra
