Looking for supper ideas? This week we’ve got another Ronneburg recipe for you that might fit the bill:

Breaded Pork Chops

6 pork chops
1 egg, beaten
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Dry pork chops. Combine egg and milk. In another dish combine bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip chops into milk mixture and then into bread crumbs. Deep fat fry in 350 degree fryer until lightly brown. Place in greased casserole and cover tightly. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serves 6.
