Broken Glass Salad
1 box lime Jello
1 box orange Jello
1 box strawberry Jello
Dissolve each box of Jell in 1 ½ cups water and let set. (Prepare these the day before you want to make the salad.)
24 graham crackers
1 stick melted oleo
¼ c. sugar
1 box lemon Jello
1 ¼ c. water
¾ c. sugar
3 T. lemon juice
Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water. Add lemon juice.
Congeal and add:
1 oz. cream cheese
8 to 9 oz. Cool Whip
Put graham cracker crumbs in 10×14-inch pan (save some crumbs for top). Cut the three kinds of Jello in ½-inch cubes and combine alternately and gently with other mixture.
