Recipe: Vickie’s Escalloped Corn

⅔ c. milk

16 soda crackers

2 eggs

1 can creamed corn

1 T. sugar

salt and pepper to taste

3 T. melted butter

bread crumbs on top

Soak the crackers in the milk. Put all together, bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Use 1-quart casserole. This is a very tasty corn recipe.
