Just in time for summer – This is another recipe that someone wrote down for me so I do not know who I got it from. It is quick to fix and hits the spot on a hot day!
Rice Chex Crunch
4 c crushed Rice Chex
½ c brown sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
⅓ c melted butter
⅓ c chopped walnuts (optional)
Mix and put ½ into 9×13 pan.
Spread ½ gallon vanilla ice cream and put rest of crunch on top. Freeze.
