Fudge Pie A La Mode
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 T. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. oleo
1 ½ c. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
4 eggs
Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat/ Beat in eggs, sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla/ Pour into pie shell. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400° or until knife comes out clean. Do not overbake. Pie should shake like a custard.
