Ham and Cheese Quiche

16 slices white bread
1 lb. cubed ham
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
6 eggs
½ teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Topping:
3 cups crushed corn flakes – measure before crushing
½ cup melted butter

Directions: Trim crusts from bread. Lay 8 slices in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover slices with ½ of ham and cheeses. Place remaining 8 slice of bread on top; cover with remaining ham and cheeses. Combine eggs, milk, onion salt, mustard, and pour over top of casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Remove ½ hour before baking. Top with crushed corn flakes and butter mixture. Bake in oven pre-heated to 375° for 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
