Coffeecake
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine or butter
2 eggs, beaten
¼ c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream sugar, margarine and vanilla. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and soda; set aside. Beat eggs, add sour cream, mix together. Add dry ingredients with ¼ cup milk. Put in 9×13-inch greased and floured pan. Spread half mixture in pan, add pie filling. Put rest of mixture on top.
TOPPING:
¾ c. sugar
¼ c. flour
3 T. melted butter or oleo
Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
