FAQ – Is there a breakfast?

September 10, 2019 | Blog, Frequently Asked Questions

I am going to add a new category to my blog posts that focuses on Frequently Asked Questions about our B & B or about B & Bs in general.  We are excited to be having so many ‘First time’ at a B&B guests, that I decided to offer some information up front to help with decision making of future guests.

Is there a breakfast?

Yes!  We serve breakfast each day to our guests.  It is laid out buffet style at 8:00 a.m. and we pick it up at 9:30 a.m.  Guests are welcome to come to the Wagon Wheel Room anytime during that window to enjoy their meal.  While the specific menu changes daily, generally we have an egg dish with a breakfast meat, we make many different kinds of French Toast, we also put out fresh fruit, breads for toast, possibly sweet breads and often oatmeal and hard boiled eggs.  When we have a small group of people (usually 6 or less), often we will serve a ‘plated’ breakfast, this simply means we wait until the guests come to the Wagon Wheel Room and fix a breakfast that is a little more serving time focused such as pancakes, waffles, crepes, omelettes.  We offer coffee, tea, juice, and milk.

If guests have specific dietary restrictions, this is VERY important to let us know AT THE TIME of your booking.  We do our best to accommodate those restrictions, but we have to know ahead of time as when we are fixing breakfast for a large group – we prep much of that meal the day before, so breakfast is mostly put together BEFORE guests check in.

Below are some pictures of breakfasts!
