ZUBER’S HOMESTEAD HOTEL
Rates:
Rates are based on two adult occupancy.
$25.00 per additional adult ages 14 and up.
$10.00 per child ages 5 – 13.
All rates are subject to change.
Each room has a maximum occupancy limit.
Children:
We welcome children, and appreciate their respect for our historic B & B.
Check-In:
We look forward to greeting you between 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. daily.
Between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. a sweet treat will await your arrival in our Wagon Wheel gathering room.
If you are going to arrive later than 6:00 p.m., please call us by 5:30 p.m. to make arrangements with staff to get checked in.
Lost Key Charge:
There will be a $20.00 fee to replace a room key and fob.
Check-Out:
Check out is by 11:00 a.m. daily unless prearranged with front desk staff.
Payment:
We accept cash, checks, VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
Festival Weekends:
We require a Friday and Saturday night stay for Maifest, Wurstfest, Oktoberfest, and Prelude to Christmas festival weekends.
There will be a $40 (total) festival fee charged.
Cancellation:
1. Verbal notification must be given by 3 p.m., 48 hours prior to arrival time to avoid charges.
2. We reserve the right to charge up to the full reservation fee for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reserved date.
3. On festival weekends (listed above), cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the event to avoid being charged for your full reservation.
Kitchen facilities:
Our kitchen is for Zuber’s employees only. There is a small guest kitchenette off the Wagon Wheel room for guest use if needed.
Breakfasts are for our overnight guests only.
Pets:
Out of respect for all of our guests, we do not allow any pets.
Handicap accessible information:
We have 1 step up into our main lobby area and 2 more steps up to reach the main floor rooms.
Due to the historic nature of our building, we are not handicap accessible.
Smoking:
Smoking is permitted outside the hotel only.
Flames:
For the safety of all our guests – NO FLAMES of any type are allowed inside the hotel. This includes items such as candles, tea lights, votives, and incense.
We reserve the right to enter any room if we have a concern.
Any misuse of hotel facilities or property could result in additional charges to your account and/or being asked to leave the facility.
It is the guests responsibility to read the policies (listed on our website) prior to arrival at Zuber’s and contact us with any questions.
