#9 – The Iowa Grand Oak reflects our pride in our state tree, the grand oak. Amana is known for its abundant hardwood forests comprised of ash, cherry, linden, walnut, hickory, pine and varieties of oak. This spacious room is lovingly decorated with rich, golden oak beds giving rest to the weary at the end of each active day spent walking through the timberland of the Amana Colonies Nature Trail, located just a short distance from our hotel.  Our Iowa Connection in this room is the “sights and sounds” of Iowa.  Pictures and information about of few of Iowa’s MANY things to see, hear, and do are found around this room.
