We began to move the trees out of the street.

Then our friends and neighbors came to help.

One of the joys of small town living – neighbors who help, just because.

Neighbors jump in to help after we had a tree blow down.

A few weeks later, we had the big tree taken down.

They carefully lowered the bigger sections.

A new garden on the north east side of the building.

Branches from the downed trees were ground into mulch, and used in the garden.

Brian and I are so appreciative of our friends and neighbors who came to help us – just because we’re all neighbors. This is a true blessing of “small town” living!
