4 Tbl. butter
2 eggs, separated
1 Tbl. parsley, minced
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2-1/2 c. bread crumbs, dried
1 qt. beef broth
Mix ingredients together well. Have broth hot and drop dumplings in the broth.
