This week’s recipe requires only three ingredients and 15 minutes of baking time:

Blasen Confekt (Kisses)

1 ¾ cups powdered sugar
½ cup almonds, ground
1 egg white, stiffly beaten

Fold in sugar and almonds into beaten egg white and drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet lined with oiled paper. Bake 15 minutes in 300 degree oven.
