Breakfast Pizza (over night)
1 pound pork sausage
1 package tube crescent rolls
2 cups frozen hash browns
1 – 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 – 2 c. of mozzarella cheese
5 eggs
¼ c. milk
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
Brown sausage and drain.
Spray bottom of 9×13” baking pan with cooking oil or butter the pan.
Spread the crescent rolls over the bottom of the pan.
Spoon sausage on the rolls.
Sprinkle hash browns over the sausage.
Sprinkle shredded cheeses.
Can cover and put in the refrigerator at this point if you want.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over the base. Can sprinkle with more cheese if you want.
Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 40 minutes.
