“Tastes great and looks elegant!”
Christmas Salad
2 (3 ounces each) packages strawberry Jello
1 large package frozen strawberries
2 bananas
1 small can crushed pineapple
Dream Whip or whipped cream (tinted green, if desired)
Dissolve Jello in water. Add thawed strawberries, undrained pineapple, and sliced bananas. Pour ½ of the mixture in dish to set. Spread whipped cream or Dream Whip as a layer. Add rest of Jello mixture and let set. Garnish with whipped cream. Serve on lettuce, if desired.
For Lazy People: Put all into a 9 x 9-inch pan and top with whipped cream or Dream Whip.
