1 T. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 T. onion flakes
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
½ c. milk

SAUCE:
½ c. vinegar
¾ c. brown sugar

1 c. catsup
¼ c. water
1 T. prepared mustard
¼ tsp. garlic salt (or powder)

Mix meat ball ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes (brownie pan works well). Mix sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Combine with meat balls in baking dish and heat thoroughly at 350°. Serve hot.
