Recipe: Corn Hamburger Bake
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, sliced
½ c. sliced celery
2 cans cream-style corn
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 c. Bisquick
2 T. butter, melted
¼ tsp. garlic salt
Cook beef, onion, and celery in skillet; drain fat. save ½ cup of corn. Stir remaining corn, salt and pepper; boil into meat. Heat to boiling. Pour into casserole. Mix Bisquick and corn. Drop onto hot meat. Mix butter and garlic salt and drizzle half the mixture on dough. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Brush biscuits with remaining butter.
