This pink colored dessert would make a great option for any Valentine’s Day treats.
Delicious Strawberry Cake
1 box white cake mix
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
½ c. oil
½ c. strawberries (drained if frozen)
½ c. juice from berries
4 eggs
FROSTING:
1 c. soft butter
1 c. strawberries
2 lb. powdered sugar
Put cake mix, Jello, oil, strawberries and liquid in mixing owl. Beat 4 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat one minute more after all eggs are added. Pour into greased and floured 9×13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool and frost.
