Easy Cocoa Brownies
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup flour (sifted)
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup nuts
In a large bowl, cream sugar, butter, and add eggs. Beat well. Add vanilla, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; fold in nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
