Grasshopper Pie
21 oreo cookies
2 ½ tsp butter, melted
24 marshmallows
¼ cup milk
1 ½ ounce creme de cocoa (white)
1 ½ ounce creme de menthe (green)
Crush oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into pie pan. Melt the marshmallows with the milk in top of double boiler. Cool. When partially cool add the creme de menthe and creme de cocoa. When it begins to thicken, fold in 1 cup of whipping cream, whipped. Pour into oreo crust.
