Here’s a yummy breakfast recipe with only a few ingredients needed!
Grosse Pfannkuchen (Dessert Pancakes)
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Stir milk slowly into flour mixed with salt, making a smooth, thin batter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Heat and grease skillet, pour enough batter into it to cover bottom sparingly. Tilt skillet, if necessary, so batter spreads completely over bottom. Brown slowly on one side, then turn and brown on other side. Stack on serving plate, sprinkling each pancake with powdered sugar. Fruit sauce and syrup may be served with these.
