Here’s a good use for those leftover crumbs!
Krümmel Pudding (Crumb Pudding)
2 cups bread or coffee cake crumbs
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup sugar
1 quart milk
1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon extract
Combine ingredients and mix well. Bake in a loaf pan in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 or 35 minutes.
