Lemon Orange Bread
1 pkg. Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 pkg. orange Jello
⅔ c. oil
4 unbeaten eggs
2 T. lemon extract (1 ½ if double strength)
¾ c. boiling water
GLAZE:
½ c. powdered sugar
2 T. ReaLemon
Dissolve Jello in ¾ cup boiling water; cool. Mix all ingredients together. Beat at high speed for 4 to 5 minutes. Bake in 2 greased and floured bread pans or 4 to 5 small aluminum foil pans. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven, top with glaze.
