Orange Juice Orange Jello
1 package orange Jello
1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
½ cup grated carrots
1 apple (chopped)
½ cup diced celery
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice
Optional: cottage cheese, walnuts & melon balls
Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add remaining ingredients and chill until set.
