Overnight Company Strata

Ingredients:
12 slices of white bread (crusts removed)
Bag of shredded cheese (flavor of your choice)
10 oz. package chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
2 cups fully cooked diced ham
6 eggs slightly beaten
3 ½ cups milk
2 Tbs. instant minced onion
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. dry mustard
In greased 9 x 13 pan, place 6 slices of white bread. Add a light layer of cheese.
Lay on the cooked and drained broccoli. Add a layer of 1 cup cooked ham. Add another layer of cheese, and the other cup of ham. Cover with 6 slices of white bread.
Combine the eggs, milk, minced onion, salt and mustard. Mix well, and pour over the top bread layer.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
Let stand before cutting.
