No rolling pin or cookie cutters necessary, these cookies are dropped instead of rolled!
Schӧpf Kecks (Drop Cookies)
1 tablespoon butter
2 ¼ cups sugar
4 eggs
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Cream butter and sugar; add unbeaten eggs and mix well. Sift flour with baking powder and add to creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 12 to 15 minutes.
