This salad recipe is unique in that it makes use of canned shoestring potatoes!
Shoestring Salad
1 c. chopped celery
¼ c/ finely-chopped onion
1 (6 ½ oz.) can tuna or chicken
1 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. canned shoestring potatoes
Combine first five ingredients, adding the shoestrings just before serving. May be served on lettuce or buns.
