South of the Border Stack-Ups
3 lb. hamburger
1 med. can tomato sauce
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. flour tortillas
8 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese
8 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese
Cook hamburger and drain. Add 1 can tomato sauce and taco seasoning; simmer to heat through good.
Layer 3 tortillas in the bottom of an 8×8-inch pain, then hamburger; sprinkle some of each cheese on top. Layer 3 tortillas, hamburger, and then more cheese, etc. Put in a 350° oven until heated well and cheese is melted.
