Strawberry Pretzel Salad
1 stick margarine (melted)
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ cup pretzels (crushed)
8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
8 ounce container Cool Whip
2 packages strawberry Jello
2 packages frozen strawberries
Mix margarine, ¼ cup sugar, and pretzels; spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread on pretzel crust. Mix Jello, 1 ½ cup boiling water and frozen strawberries. Let mixture set and spread on top.
