Taco Dip
2 (8 ounces each) packages cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Ortega dry taco seasoning
3 diced tomatoes (drained in a paper towel)
2 small bunches diced green onion
1 large diced green pepper
2 small cans chopped black olives
1/2 head of lettuce (shredded and chopped)
1/2 pound grated Cheddar cheese
Beat first four ingredients well and put on deep tray or platter. Layer remaining ingredients in order given. Serve with Fritos.
