Three Layer Cookies

1)


In a double boiler mix: 

½ C oleo

¼ C sugar

⅓ C cocoa

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg



Cook and stir 5 to 10 minutes until well blended. 



Add: 



2 C graham cracker crumbs

1 C coconut

½ C nutmeats



Press above mixture into 9 x 13” pan and let cool.

Mix 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix with 3 T milk and ½ C oleo, 2 tsp vanilla. Gradually add 2 C conf. sugar and beat until smooth. Spread this over 1st layer in pan.



3)



Melt 4 oz. cho. chips and 1 T oleo and spread over other layers.
