Recipe: Roast Beef Noodle Filling

February 26, 2017 | Recipes

Last week we posted a recipe for filled noodles, as well as a basic noodle filling. This week we’ve got another filling recipe for you that is best when made using Amana beef! It’s good for using up leftovers too:

Roast Beef Noodle Filling

1 smaller pot or blade roast (or leftovers from a large roast)
½ cup of gravy
1 to 2 teaspoons minced parsley
1 to 2 slices bread, cut into small cubes
Salt and pepper

Roast beef the day before (or use leftovers from your roast beef dinner). Grind beef with gravy to form a pasty consistency. Cube bread and soak in water — squeeze to remove excess water. Add parsley, bread cubes, and slate and pepper to ground roast. Fill noodles.
