Streusel Filled Coffee Cake

1½ cup flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
¼ cup margarine
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

STREUSEL FILLING
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
½ cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Cut in margarine and add beaten egg with milk, and vanilla. Beat just enough to mix well. Pour half of batter in well greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with hall the streusel mixture. Add remaining batter and rest of streusel mixture over top.
